By submitting a work order, placing an order through any online platform, or shipping any firearm component to CutYourSlide (“Company”), the submitting Federal Firearms Licensee (“Dealer” or “you”) unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit an order or ship any components.
2. PARTIES AND SCOPE

3. ORDER FINALITY AND DEALER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECIFICATIONS
3.1 Final Order Acknowledgment
All service specifications — including but not limited to optics cut pattern, milling depth and dimensions, sight cuts, port locations, serration patterns, and any other machining parameters — are finalized at the time of order submission. By submitting an order, the Dealer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Dealer has independently verified all selected specifications are correct and appropriate for the intended firearm.

- CutYourSlide is not responsible for errors, incorrect selections, or misidentified firearm models in the submitted order.

- Requests to change specifications after order submission may not be accommodated.
- CutYourSlide will not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from a Dealer's failure to submit correct specifications at the time of order.
- If CutYourSlide, at its sole discretion, accommodates a modification request, additional fees may apply.
4. DEALER LIABILITY FOR FIREARM MODIFICATION
4.1 Acknowledgment of Firearm Modification
The Dealer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by CutYourSlide constitute permanent modifications to a firearm. By submitting an order, the Dealer represents and warrants that:

- The Dealer understands that machining operations performed on a firearm slide are permanent and irreversible.
- The Dealer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the modification is appropriate, legal, and safe for the intended firearm and end user.
4.2 Original Manufacturer's Warranty
The Dealer acknowledges and accepts that any machining, milling, porting, or other modification to a firearm slide may void the original manufacturer's warranty on the firearm or affected components. CutYourSlide makes no representation regarding the effect of its services on any manufacturer warranty. The Dealer agrees that:
- CutYourSlide has no liability for any loss of warranty coverage resulting from services performed.
- The Dealer is solely responsible for communicating any warranty implications to the firearm owner.
4.3 Sole Liability for Option Selection
The Dealer is solely and exclusively liable for all consequences arising from the machining options, specifications, and service selections made at the time of order. CutYourSlide performs services as instructed by the Dealer and bears no responsibility for the suitability, compatibility, or functional outcome of the selected options. This includes, without limitation:
- Incorrect optics cut patterns that do not match the intended optic.
- Incompatible milling specifications for the slide or firearm model.
- Any functional, safety, or reliability issues resulting from the chosen modifications.
- Any damage to the slide or firearm resulting from specifications that are incorrect, incompatible, or unsuitable.
5. SHIPPING AND TRANSFER COMPLIANCE
The Dealer is solely responsible for ensuring that all shipments of firearm components to and from CutYourSlide comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to ATF regulations governing the interstate transfer of firearm components. CutYourSlide will not accept shipments that do not comply with applicable law. Risk of loss during shipping remains with the Dealer.
6. TURNAROUND TIME
Quoted turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CutYourSlide is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from delays in service completion. Expedited service may be available at additional cost at the Company's sole discretion.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CUTYOURSLIDE AND BLACKLINE DYNAMICS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. 8. INDEMNIFICATION
The Dealer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CutYourSlide, Blackline Dynamics, LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Dealer's submitted specifications or order selections; (b) the Dealer's use or transfer of the modified firearm component; (c) the Dealer's breach of these Terms; or (d) any third-party claims arising from the modification performed at the Dealer's instruction.
